interests
I am currently interviewing highly skilled migrant workers in Geneva to learn more about their work experiences, social lives, and settlement in Geneva. I am particularly interested in how the issuance of precarious, short-term work contracts in the international relations sector affects these workers. While it has been acknowledged within the UN that the over-use of such contracts opens organizations to risk, it is still a common practice. Additionally, the effects of this practice on the lives of workers seems to be under examined within academia.
